From Ryan : The short starts off with Pluto
walking down the sidewalk with a small bone in his mouth. He happens to spot
a huge bone in a cage at the municipal zoo. He sees a lion asleep and decides
to sneak in and steal it. I liked seeing Pluto's encounter with all the animals.
The gorilla scene was one of my favorites. Pluto gets so scared of the gorilla
that he faints. The gorilla puts the bone on Pluto's head and then puts Pluto
on a unicycle. The gorilla then spins Pluto around. Wonderful short! Deserves
a B+.
-
From Baruch Weiss : I can see why Pluto was jealous when he saw a huge bone in the Lions cage. What kind of a dog gets a bone thats the size of a pea?
-
From Mike : Pluto at the Zoo was always my favorite cartoon. The gorilla scenes were always hilarious, & I always got a kick out of Pluto defeathering the peacock at the end.
-
From Kristin : I thought it was so funny that Pluto had to go through all those obstacles just so he could chew on a bone. I felt sorry for Pluto when he fainted after seeing that giant gorilla. I'm glad he returned that bone to the lion he knows that you should be thankful for what you have. Animals rule!
