From Robert LeSueur : Its one of the best cartoons I have ever seen! Unfortunately they never play Humphrey any more, even though he is the greatest character, so any information about where I can find it would be greatly appreciated. I would rate this cartoon a 12, if I could.
From Ryan : Humphrey is constantly trying to find ways to steal Donald Duck's honey. I enjoy this cartoon quite a bit. It has fairly good animation and humor to it as well. One fun gag I enjoyed was Humphrey sucking honey through the hose like a snake charmer.

From Mike : After Rugged Bear this is Humphrey's best cartoon. The best scenes were when Humphrey makes the noises when Donald tests the honey, when Humphrey tries to steal the honey like a snake charmer, and at the end when the ranger, and Donald hit Humphrey on the head.
From Bryan Hensley : I've never seen the original Cinemascope version of this short from 1955, but I remember the fullscreen version. Anyway, Humphrey broke into Donald's bee farm to steal their honey. Thank goodness the bees chased him into the pond! At least he had a straw to breathe from the air into the water. Donald complains to Ranger Woodlore about his bears stealing Donald's honey! You'll see why Humphrey is said to bathe too much when you watch the whole thing. None of the bears looked alike to me, as Donald pointed out. Somehow, a boundary line appears out of nowhere, that separates the park and bee farm. Woodlore points out to Donald to keep his bees off government property. (Spike the Bee was in a jar, if you'll notice it closely.) Humphrey couldn't help but go crazy over seeing Donald tasting the honey, from 80% to 100% pure! Time and time again, Humphrey teases the bees in silly and hilarious ways, to lure them from the honeyhouses. He even used a sign for a fencepost, so he wouldn't get hurt in the barbwire fence. Woodlore removed it one time, sending Humphrey straight into the pond! After Woodlore took Humphrey's fur from the fence, and used it as a toupee, that's when Donald gets into this fix. Humphrey sucked a blob of honey through a rubber hose, but Donald tried to bring it back into its honeyhouse, then fought over it by sucking both ends of the hose, and Donald crashed into some honeyhouses. Then, Donald put a blob of hose water into the rubber one and said "Here's your honey!" The water was going by so quickly, Donald, Humphrey and Woodlore fought to take the hose. So Humphrey took it, and everyone was sent into the pond! After getting head-bonked by Woodlore and Donald, Humphrey must have felt bad to "take too many baths". Whether it's in fullscreen or Widescreen, I hope you enjoy this great short from the original Cinemascope era, and in one particular House of Mouse episode as well!
