From Charlie Brown : An absolute pleasure
to watch, especially the "Heffalumps And Woozles" dream sequence. Some may
call it childish, but I don't care. I could watch this again and again.
From Michelle I. : All of the Pooh cartoons
are extremely good, and this is no exception. They are the stuff of cherished
childhood memories. 'Blustery Day' contains the infamous Heffalumps and Woozles
sequence, which is somewhat similar to the Pink Elephants of Dumbo. The entire
episode is a perfect 10 of 10.
From Eric Gurwitz : This is a great animated short. And you know what I'll say? I'll say that it derserved the Academy Award.
From Mike : I always thought this was the best of the Winnie the Pooh shorts. The heffalumps and woozles dream was great. I also got a good laugh out of when Tigger looks in the mirror and gets frightened by his reflection.
From Bryan Hensley : This featurette was the second part of The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, and it won an Oscar in 1968! Winnie the Pooh and Tigger Too was nominated for one in 1974, but it didn't win. This short here was Walt Disney's last great achievement, since he was involved with the entire movie! It also marks the on-screen debut of Piglet and Tigger, played by legendary actors John Fiedler and Paul Winchell! They passed away just one day apart from each other in June 2005! (Sad, isn't it?) At least they have worthy successors these days, such as Jim Cummings for Tigger and Travis Oates for Piglet! (Believe me, they sound terrific!) Before Lumpy came along, Heffalumps seemed all-bad to Pooh, since they steal honey! Most woozles are still all-bad these days, just look and listen to My Friends Tigger and Pooh! I hope you enjoy this windy masterpiece, as well as it turned into a big flood at night! It's an Oscar-winning featurette of epic proportions! It's also in its original form on Pooh's Grand Adventure Special Edition DVD released in 2006!
